Resourcepacks won't install!!!

I’m executing my resourcepacks files on explorer and nothing happens. They are not being imported.

How to reproduce bug:

• Step 1: Open minecraft

• Step 2: Minimize minecraft and open Windows Explorer.

• Step 3: Double click on any resourcepack (.mcaddon)

Expected result:

• “Importing resourcepack…”

Actual result:

• Nothing happens.
