Because I am left-handed, I have the mouse buttons reversed in Windows. Starting with 1.21.120, Minecraft somehow ignores this in all menus. The button functions are swapped in the opening menu, in the pause screen menu, and even in the inventory! The attack/pick/use functions are not affected. Changing button bindings only affects which buttons attack/pick/use, and has no effect on the menus.
Steps to Reproduce:
In Windows, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse
Change the primary mouse button from Left to Right
Open Minecraft
Click on a menu button using Right Click
Observed Results:
Nothing happens.
Expected Results:
The button should be pressed.

Clearly a bug introduced in a recent update. Makes Bedrock unplayable. There isn’t even a way in settings to map the mouse buttons for the menu. If the game has to capture the buttons, it has to be able to map the mouse buttons in the menu as an alternative at least.
It has become unplayable for me as well, huge issue
