Primary mouse button no longer right button for menus/ui

I'm left handed and ever since the new update, while I am in the menu only the left button will interact in menus and ui (e.g: clicking on the close x button in the inventory) the right button used to be fine, and I see no toggle for primary buttons in the menus or settings. Now I have to switch between using those buttons in game as my right button is my attack destroy button. My windows settings DO have my primary button on right I have checked
