Problem with vibrant visual in 1.21.120

The 1.21.120 update broke vibrant visuals completely. Now when i use vibrant visuals the game become super bright and with ton of bloom, even with brightness and bloom to the lowest, also everything become shiny as if everything is wet.
The framerate become also a lot worse using vibrant visual. i use to get 80 fps on ultra settings, now i get 20 on medium.
Also friends of mine are having the same issue with the vibrant visuals. i will attach some photos to let you understand the problem better.
