Weird non exploding TNT Bug, wich causes grafical Gliches

I found a weird Bug in my 1.21.120 Minecraft Bedrock creative world. I played an experimental (I turned it on by accident) world with my little sister using split screen. We were playing on this world for 2 Months now, and two months ago I started a big explosion.

Today I was exploring new terrain around the place where the explosion happened. Suddenly I saw a lighted TNT falling from like 10 Blocks over the water right into the ocean. I flew to the TNT right away. The TNT wasn't exploding and it was bigger than usual.

As I started experimenting I could find out several things:

  1. It doesn't collide with the player

  2. it has the hit box of a normal lighted TNT

  3. U can only move it with water or bubble columns

  4. You can also move it with blocks, if you place them in his glitched hitbox, but that doesn't work very well

With the help of the bubble columns I managed to bring it to the sea surface. While I was experimenting with soul sand I tried to place a soul sand in the weird tnt Hotbox. As soon as I placed the soul sand it disappeared, but the water wasn't filling the block . I was able to see bubbles but no water. The bubbles were an actual bubble column, but without visible water. My sister, who was not there while experimenting, came to me and she was able to see the water in the bubble column.

I tried to relog onto the world and then the TNT didn't look lithed anymore but it still gliched. Maybe that's because vibrant visuals was activated.

I don't exactly know how to reproduce the Glich, but here is how I would do it with my knowledge so far:

  1. Make a 5000 TNT big explosion

  2. light it

  3. Wait until the explosion is over

  4. Fly into unloaded chunks over an ocean and try to find some glicht TNT

Maybe you need too try to make step 1 and 2 in an earlier version, like 1.21.6 or 7.

I hope this information helps u fixing this bug.

PS. My sister was the player on the left side, I was the one on the right.
