from October 29-31 bedrock edition still won't download in minecraft launcher, Xbox app, or microsoft store on latest version of windows 10 (22h2).

Guess I'll stick to java edition. At the very least I can mitigate the bug that has untammed wolves rapidly despawn, when I don’t have any bones on me, as that version allows users to do so via meat. This is especially needed now that there are rare variants such as the Striped Wolf, which I have yet to see spawn lately upon visiting newly generated Wooded Badlands. I think the location may need to be checked if it is bugged.

Too bad there is no way to mitigate other tamable mobs, still untamed mobs from rapidly despawing in any version; as boats don’t seem to be working by preventing despawn for them, neither do leashes. For example, Unless I have a nametag or berries on me at that moment, the arctic fox will always despawn quickly. Feline mobs, like to lke the cat and ocelot, seem to like to walk ontop of the boats rather than get in them which should not happen at all.
