Evocation Fangs Broken

When i setted command: /summon evocation_fang 251 13 71, into a command block and i setted it as always active, and went to see if the fangs had shown up. Instead i only saw shadows. My world stated to lag, and i tried multiple times command: /kill @e, and it said: Entity.Evocation.Fang.Name, multiple times and after that my nametag and then word "killed". I tried it multiple times ad it keeps doing the same message but the shadows wont disappear. And i had water coming on top of it, and it showed sky with white particles in small area. I am now unable to play in the world, due to the amount of lag there is.
