Unable to sign in Microsoft account to play Bedrock. Error Code: Drowned

I suddenly cannot login my Microsoft account to play Minecraft today. The account is a minor account of a Microsoft family group. I am able to sign in my account without problems to other Microsoft games, e.g. Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and the issue does not happen with the other minor account in the same family group. So it appears the problem only happens for Minecraft game with my specific account. Here are some trouble shooting steps that I’ve done so far but they don’t help:

1. Clean reset my PC and sign in the same Microsoft account.

2. Remove the minor account from Microsoft family group, then re-add it again.

3. Tried to launch the game from Minecraft launcher. I was able to sign in my account to launcher then launch the game, but I still get the error in the game

Please advise the next steps. If you need any logs for trouble shooting, I’m happy to provide and just let me know how to collect these logs.
