Memory leak and low framerate consistent throughout play in both realms and local.
Attempted multiple fixes:
Re-installed
Updated drivers
Changed graphics settings
Created new world
None of these fixed the issue.
I have 64 GB of ram, ram is consumed to 99% in about 10 minutes. Low framerates are experienced during this entire time.
