I can confirm the same.
I have 2 android devices, one 1.21.90 and one 1.21.82.
1.21.82 → Network button on World select screen is present (toggles LAN worlds)
1.21.90 → Network button on World select screen is MISSING
Therefore you cannot view or join a LAN world.
You can, however, still specify multiplayer settings when creating a world in 1.21.90, it’s just not visible / joinable.
Since updating both devices to 1.21.92, the network button is still missing and I cannot see or join any LAN worlds.
For some reason, water above y=190 still renders. I think this could be because of the cloud renderer, since y=190 is where clouds are.
I can confirm this is an issue on Windows 11, and it happens no matter what mode of vibrant visuals you turn on.
I think this is because the texture pack you are using isn’t designed to work with vibrant visuals. Marketplace/texturepack creators will probably add support for vibrant visuals once the feature fully releases in the next drop.
Can confirm in 1.19.4
v1.17.34 is now doing this to me.
@bugsbugsbugs Yes
John, if you have a read of the comments and look at the 2 screenshots I attached, the issue is that there are keyboard & mouse settings that show control options for movement, which can be bound to different keys. However the keyboard does not control movement in-game, therefore this is a bug (and quite misleading for the people who have purchased keyboards/mice based on these settings).
Clearly does not ‘work as intended’ if I have bound the W key to forward movement within settings, and pressing the W key does nothing in-game. This is not a feature request, it is a bug - either keyboard settings need removed or keyboard control implemented.
Still valid. Suddenly blocks ceased to drop for pickup. How do I find my be version or other needed troubleshooting data?
Yes, unless interacted with (led by wheat, bred, etc), just about all mobs should despawn when they travel past 54 blocks away from players, at least in the 1.16 beta
This appears to be because the chicken isn't burning, it's actually drowning and for whatever reason doesn't get the chance to burn, proof being in time it takes for a grown chicken to die in water versus the farm, it's identical.
Naturally generated. You can reproduce in a brand new flat world and simply search for a baby pig.
@GoldenHelmet I have, with a varied amount of success. It does seem to help when I put it at the lowest option, but still not consistently enought to say it fixes the problem. Still, it's better than nothing, so thanks!
The inconsistency of the matter makes it very difficult to understand what exactly is causing this, but it really limits the use of the Nether in our world.
Still experience these issues on Bedrock PS4. It was very inconsistent first, where you had a 25% chance of NOT getting stuck. Now, it's either getting stuck on "building terrain" or you do get back to the overworld but there are several chunks not loading, no matter how long you wait.
Based on what me and my friends experience it seems to be a chunk loading issue, since we now have a 100% rate of getting stuck on building terrain OR chunks not loading until quitting and reloading the save file. Really sucks, since we can't even use the nether this way. Any temporary fixes we can try until this gets sorted in an update?
What editor did you use? Were you able to perhaps cleanup the file and get it to load? I do wonder if worst case we can build a new world with the same seed and load in all the recovered block state from the file.
That appears to be fixed now, no version changes required it seems. Well, it works on 1.21.92 now, but didn’t last week.
