won't let me update

So i’ve had minecraft bedrock for a while now and i’ve had little with no problems, but today i tried to play with a friend and they have the 1.21.120 vertion and i’ve got the 1.21.114 vertion, and it says that i have a vertion much old, but when i try to update it it says that i’ve got the latest vertion

and it’s frustrating to get nothing of help
