Error Code: Drowned for Bedrock edition child account

Unable to log into Microsoft Account in Bedrock with this new update. We have tried all of the troubleshooting recommended: Clearing cache, signing out of Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher then restarting computer and signing back in. We tried updating all of the xbox service files to automatic. We tried changing the Microsoft Account password as well. The Account was previously able to sign into Bedrock, and now because sign-in isn’t working multiplayer is not available. Nothing seems to be working and we have learned that others are having this issue as well, and it seems to be specific to child accounts. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.
