I have been experiencing the “Drowned” error code for several days now when trying to sign in with my Microsoft account on the Minecraft Launcher for PC.
The message says:
“We couldn’t sign you in to your Microsoft account. Access to Realms, profiles, and Marketplace items is limited. Please try again later.”
Error Code: Drowned
This issue started right after the latest Minecraft update.
I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps, including:
Restarting the game and my PC
Reinstalling Minecraft
Checking my internet connection
Signing out and back into my Microsoft and Xbox accounts
Clearing cache and old credentials
Reinstalling Gaming Services via PowerShell
Updating Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and all related services
Despite all of this, I still cannot log in. Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s an issue with the new update or with account authentication on PC?
