Drowned code does not disappear

It all started 4 days ago. I was going to play with some friends, but I realized I needed to update. I updated to version 1.21.120, but after fully logging in, I couldn't log into multiplayer because of the error code: "flooded".

I looked for tutorials on YouTube, Google, and the Minecraft website (http://help.minecraft.net ), but the solutions they offered for this problem were impossible. They said to go to Accounts, Account Management, but I think that section (Account Manager) is only available if you have an account because it wasn't showing up for me. So I've been searching for quite a while now, asking friends if they've had a similar problem, and nothing.

I hope you can fix this because I think it's a problem with Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I also have Minecraft Java Edition, and that one works perfectly. As I mentioned, I hope you can fix this.

P.S.: The name of the photo "party creeper" is not my username; it's because my most used skin is from the game's first anniversary pack, and I guess it's stuck like that.
