Potion effect icons are not displaying

When applying any potion effect (e.g., Invisibility, Speed) in the latest Preview build, the status effect icons do not render in the top-right corner of the HUD. This appears to be a regression of MCPE-175927. Visual Observation: I tested this in Third-Person View while under the effect of an Invisibility Potion. - The grey particle effects are clearly visible around the character (proving the effect is active). - The top-right HUD area is completely empty (proving the UI is failing to render). Specific Behavior / Temporary Workaround: - Leaving the world and rejoining DOES NOT fix the issue. - Closing the Minecraft application entirely (Desktop/Alt+F4) and relaunching it DOES fix the issue temporarily. - The icons often disappear again after leaving the game and coming back. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Minecraft Preview (v1.21.130.28). 2. Create a new world or join an existing one. 3. Apply a potion effect (e.g., throw a Splash Potion of Invisibility). 4. Switch to Third-Person view to confirm particles are present. 5. Observe that the top-right HUD icons are missing. Observed Results: The potion effect is active (particles visible), but no icon appears on the HUD. Expected Results: The potion effect icon and timer should appear in the top-right corner. Troubleshooting Attempted: - Disabled all Resource Packs (Global and World specific). - Toggled "UI Profile" (Pocket/Classic). - Reset Screen Safe Area.
