I have a second vertical monitor to the right. When moving crosshair in game to the right it will go off screen on the edge of that second monitor, so that if i click as if im in game it will take me out of the game and scroll wheel also cannot be used.

This also happens without a second monitor. if the game is not in full screen mode you can get the mouse pointer to appear on the task bar.
