Minecraft Bleeds onto other monitors making the mouse click on the other applications when trying to peform an action on minecraft

As you can see on the image there is a white outline that bleeds onto my other monitors when in full screen meaning that when i move my mouse in game and perform an action itll click on the other applications. if i try to have it borderless windowed then whenever i look up and click itll come up with the settings for minecraft . making it somewhat unplayable.
