Pumpkin/Melon Stems Not Producing

Ever since this hotfix, my pumpkin and melon farms no longer grow pumpkins and melons.

To reproduce:

1. Plant pumpkin or melon seeds.

2. Bonemeal the stems into full growth.

3. Wait for pumpkins and melons to grow… But they won’t.
