This happened after I got on one day. The game had updated when I wasn’t on the game. When I got on, it would buffer for a while on the Syncing data screen but then finally show a percentage, but it would take forever to load 1%, then 2% and then it would stop at 2% for a while before finally saying: We can’t save more data for this game or app. With a description reading: Your Xbox is out of space for saved data. To make room, select a game or app from My games & apps, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons. (0x80830003)
After the update that added custom Vibrant Visuals packs, it worked fine from what I can remember, I even bought Luminous Dreams and the Furniture + Add-on but after the hotfix, it will not sync. I tried everything: Clearing reserved storage, Clearing the cache on all of the file locations in game such as the Marketplace for instance, Deleting a ton of worlds, Restarting my console, Disconnecting from the internet. All of that. I just dealt with it for a while because I could still access my local games, but today it wouldn’t even let me do that. It said they couldn’t sync from the cloud and it wouldn’t let me load any. I uninstalled it after I saw that I couldn’t play my worlds and I reinstalled it but that didn’t fix it either. Now it won’t sync data and my worlds are essentially gone because my local saves were lost with the uninstall.
Some of my worlds are five or more years old and I’ve poured a lot of time into this game not to mention the money I’ve spent on the game. This is extremely disappointing and even angering. I hope to have this resolved because I do not want to lose those worlds. Also, I do not want to Delete Local Saved Games either, as I’ve seen suggested online. I am too afraid that the cloud won’t sync if I do that and if all of the methods I have tried didn’t work, then there is no guarantee that deleting local saved games will even work.
