Using the mouse has lots of glitches

For some reason, with the latest hotfix, the windows version has changed dramatically. Fullscreen mode (off the window) no longer removes the bar at the top and the menu bar. It also will randomly lose control of the cursor and start clicking things outside of the window when using the right click. I think with the “fix” for the cursor staying in the center of persistent windows on top that it no longer keeps the cursor in the center of the window while playing and can allow the cursor to move off window and click things in the menu bar and outside the window. The cursor stays hidden for this so you don't even know where it will click until you open a browser or the start menu or the window options. This is a major performance issue and makes the game incredibly annoying to play on Windows. Please make a hotfix for this! It's a real problem for computer players on Bedrock.
