Mouse cursor moving while playing the game

The cursor is moving in the background in the direction of where you look while playing the game. Upon playing the game, I find that the cursor is moving out of the window and into the taskbar when I look down. I think it might be a bug with the resolution or aspect ratio. I find it annoying as it can click on tasks that are pinned on my taskbar and interrupt the game. While the image doesn’t show the cursor, you can still examine that the Microsoft store is hovered over and opened after clicking.
