Scrolling the mouse wheel through the hot bar changes the view suddenly. One second your looking straight ahead and the next you are looking at the sky or ground. Not fun while battling multiple mobs or trying to build.
First noticed this on Minecraft Preview and is now happening with Minecraft Windows since the 1.21.121 update. Does not affect Minecraft Java
