When playing outside full screen exclusive mode, cursor is not captured/centered; mouse will move out of screen causing loss of focus

Steps to reproduce this issue:

Launch the game. Turn off full screen. Move your cursor up or down.

Expected result:

The cursor, like any of the hundreds of first person perspective games that I’ve played in the last 20 years (in all patches, no matter good, bad, or ugly hotfix), stays centered and hidden and does not move to the top or bottom of the screen resulting in loss of focus.

Actual result:

The cursor does not appear on screen until it has moved out of bounds. Often during gameplay this manifests as showing a hidden task bar when the cursor is moved to the bottom, or as the right-click menu for the Minecraft window options when trying to place a block and the hidden cursor is at the top of the screen.

PS: I do not know who is on MCPE’s QA team (if anyone) but 1 minute of gameplay outside of full screen mode should be enough to indicate this issue. I personally do not think the changes should have been committed to a development environment let alone production, but here we are. I’m gonna be an optimist and chalk this one down to chaos caused by the major Azure outage a little while back.
