Mouse moves beyond the Game window while playing

while playing on a Dual Screen setup on PC, I have notices that the mouse now can move up to half an inch beyond the borders of the game window in all 4 directions. This is causing some Clicks or Right Clicks to either pause the game by opening various menus or other applications or doing so without pausing the game. This is having an adverse affect on game play and can cause preventable deaths in Hardcore Worlds.
