[MCPE-231319] Mouse cursor is able to move offscreen even while in fullscreen mode

Mouse cursor can move off-screen, allowing user to accidentally click on second monitor (or off screen if no second monitor is present). Pauses the game when this happens so it’s very frustrating, especially when in a fight. Seems like the fullscreen border is not set correctly or something. Adjusting in-game safe zone does not help. Turning off second monitor does not help. Pls fix, game is unplayable

It happens to me too, it's very annoying. I thought it was a configuration error.
