Ever since the implementation of the new game menu UI there's been a couple of issues, most notably the fact that scoreboards won't display in the “list” section anymore. This is probably due to it being apparently removed completely in favor of the new “social” tab, but the thing is that said tab doesn't have the display either. This is probably an oversight that's been caused by the rushed nature of the update, but still an issue nonetheless.
Steps to recreate:
Create any world with cheats and commands enabled.
In the game's chat, run all these commands as an operator:
/scoreboard objectives add test dummy
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list test
/scoreboard players add @s test 1
Open the game menu and take a look at the screen.
Expected results:
The scoreboard that was just created should appear somewhere in the screen, presumably at the top right corner of it.
Actual results:
The scoreboard that was created is nowhere to be seen, despite the player creating a display for it and adding a value to themself.
As a content creator, this is particularly frustrating to me since there aren't really any other easy ways to display the scoreboards of all the players that are currently in the world (besides the sidebar that I'm already using for a different system.)
Below I've attached a few images of how the scoreboard used to be and how it is now.
