frequent frame drops/stuttering + external addons still dont import

• reproduced by simply playing the game.

• I expect the game to run smoothly. My graphics settings haven’t changed and other games run the same as before.

• Instead, there are frame drops/stuttering where the game seems to slow down entirely before speeding up again.

external addons don’t import

• Reproduced by attempting to open an addon file or inspect what addons are available.

• the addons should import into the game and my already imported addons should be available.

• instead, addons do not import when I attempt to open them and all of my preexisting addons no longer appear in-game.
