The pause menu will randomly pop up while playing. During combat, flying with Elytra and activating a firework rocket, opening a chest, harvesting lumber you name it. Sometimes in addition to pausing it has additionally sent a Ctrl+S command to my computer as a save as window pops up but this should not be possible in a full screen window. Using Minecraft with prizma but have had it happen on minecraft vanilla as well. Have more than enough space and ram. GPU usage never goes above 60% and cpu usage is around 30 max.
