All Pack about: " development_behavior_packs / development_resource_packs / resource_packs / behavior_packs " are missing in-game. (Not about MarketPlace Contents.)

Hi!
Can anyone tell me if there is a solution to this problem? (Same problem, for “skin_packs/” too. )
All files are in directories, but nothing happen, only “MARKETPLACE CONTENT”, remains available. ( like in screenshots below )

When will this be fixed? It's been since the beginning of October that I and some friends on Windows 10/11 have had this problem.
