Game crashes on launch when the "Improved Input Response" option is enabled

Summary:

In 1.21.130.27 Preview, the game now crashes on launch if the “Improved Input Response” option is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Preview

2. Go to Settings > Video and enable “Improved Input Response”

3. Restart the game

Observed Results:

The game crashes.

Expected Results:

The game should launch, just as in previous versions.

Workaround:

Since the game cannot be launched, the only way to disable the option is to do it in options.txt:

1. Go to AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Bedrock Preview\Users\...\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe

2. Open options.txt

3. Locate ctrl_improvedInputResponse and change its value from 1 to 0
