Still can't open Preview. Same problem

My issue is not resolved
I Uninstalled Preview and installed with .22 version. Preview won't open beyond showing the red mojang screen
No. PREVIEW won't load at all.
Choose latest preview on main screen
cclick on play
Mojang studios red screen comes up
White screen
Black screen

Preview won’t open either.
Game continues to lag until crash or freeze. Changed settings to vibrant and placed on improved with allow in game switching. Computer lagged then crashed before I could restart. Now Video-fancy is only allowed option. This occurs in both Preview and Bedrock latest release. I have to reset to default each time I change video- vibrant settings. Not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. Help lags as well. After changing settings, game switches video settings back to fancy.
Problem remains. Turned off input. (0)
