Switch from cheats to no cheats Survivor to creative and back

What I expected to happen was...:
After opening the LAN and turning on CHEATS I was playing JAVA. Shortly, I was unable to walk around, jump or move from the spot where I am standing.  Currently, I am under water but this usually happens as I am just walking around. Can't fly up but eventually can go left and right. Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was...:
I need to log off to reset the game.Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1Step one: open lan and turn on cheats while in survivor. Must be in survivor and put game in creative. OR be in creative and put game in survivor.

step 2: move about in the world and shortly the ability to jump, walk around etc will stop.

step 3 save, quit game. . Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
