On a snow biome when it rains it snows at the same time, thus creating an unrealistic effect.
What we expected: For it to not rain and snow at the same time in snow biomes.
Note This is not how it's intended to work and works different from Console and Java Edition, making it different and further from reaching "feature parity."

This is not a duplicate of MCPE-9541, and is not the same bug. This bug does not mention anything about rain and snow borders. It's talking about snow biomes having rain and snow at the same time.
As mentioned in MCPE-9541, there is some overlap between the rain and snow, which has been confirmed to be Working As Intended in Minecraft:Pocket Edition (an intentional parity break).
As you move further into a snowy biome, the rain stops completely, and only snow falls (and vice versa for non-snowy biomes).
