Piglin and Piglin Brute Spawn Eggs are not sorted alphabetically

The spawn eggs were recently organized into specific categories. Items of the same category appear in alphabetical order.

However, the Piglin and Piglin Brute are the only mobs whose spawn eggs do not follow this pattern.

Observed Results:
The piglin brute spawn egg appears before the piglin spawn egg.

Expected Results:
The piglin spawn egg appears before the piglin brute spawn egg.

Notes: This also breaks parity with java.
