When I enter to Minecraft on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10FE, I have to press various times each buttons to work but scroll menus doesn’t even work.
In-game, on the inventory occurs the same. I recorded a video.

This is caused by the Text To Speech option. You can disable it in Settings > Accessibility.
