Even after patch 1.21.123, serious performance issues persist.

Even after patch 1.21.123, which fixes performance issues, I'm still facing many problems.

Since patch 1.21.120, I've been experiencing extreme lag issues, even when I minimize Minecraft. I don't know if it was after they fixed the problem where Minecraft Bedrock would close and reload when exiting and entering again, but when I minimize the game and use any other program on my computer, it lags excessively, a lag I didn't have in other versions. This means that if I want to create an addon, I have to keep opening and closing the game every time.

Although my computer doesn't have the best hardware, I wasn't having these problems with the Copper Age update, so I don't think that's the cause.

Also, to try and fix it, I already set vsync to 0 and disabled Improved Input Response, but it didn't solve the problem; it's still the same :(

Please do not include multiple bugs in one report. The first issue is already being tracked at MCPE-230090, so I have updated this report to focus on the second issue.

What CPU and GPU does your computer have, and how much RAM do you have? Could you also attach a screenshot of the Minecraft process in Task Manager when the game is minimized?

CPU - Processador Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020C, 1.10GHz, 2 cores and 2 logical processors. 4GB of RAM.

GPU - Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600, 2GB of RAM.

I know, my computer's power is below the recommended level for playing Minecraft Bedrock. And I know that the further we get into the future and the more updates are released, the more lag there can be for less powerful computers. However, this strange lag came abruptly after version 1.21.120. Taking this screenshot took a long time because of the slowness the game is causing on the computer even when minimized.

Thank you in advance for the fixes you are making, and I hope you continue to resolve the remaining issues.

Unfortunately, this isn't a bug. Your hardware is extremely low-end and not suitable for multitasking. The reason you did not experience lag before is because prior to 1.21.120, the game ran on UWP, and UWP apps have a feature where minimizing them suspends the app, making them use little to no system resources.

In 1.21.120, the game now runs on GDK, and GDK apps can't be suspended, so the game uses the same amount of resources when minimized.
