Passive Mobs Not Spawning

No passive mobs (farm mobs) will spawn after 1.21.123. can’t find anything to eat or make a bed from.

Possibly happening on all platforms on Bedrock. (Probably just all GDK versions.)

Does this issue occur in every world or only in a specific one?
