[MCPE-231858] Player is kicked out of the world when activating a Command Block that has specific characters in its Hover Note

Steps to Reproduce

Place a command block.
Enter text in the hover note and command input field as shown in the attached video.
Execute the command.

The exact conditions are unclear, but the crash consistently occurs when Formatting codes (§) and a long Japanese string are entered.

Confirmed. The game does not 100% crash, but rather, an error message saying “An error has occurred.” appears on the screen, causing the player to quit the save.
