Attempted: Restarting, Drivers up to Date, Uninstalling, Xbox Download, Microsoft Store Download, Repair and Restarting Files, VPN Passing, Firewall Passing
I found a reddit post saying it had something to do with a recent update that happened on the 10th, with full screen or something of that sort. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
