Worlds in the "Shared" folder cannot be copied/duplicated or exported

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world

2. Exit the world and the game

3. Go to %appdata%/Minecraft Bedrock Preview/Users/

4. Open the folder with random numbers and move the minecraftWorlds folder to the “Shared” folder

5. Reopen the game

6. Try to copy/duplicate or export the world

Observed Results:

Trying to copy/duplicate the world tells the user that they are out of storage space.

Trying to export the world tells the user that something went wrong and to try again later.

Expected Results:

Worlds in the “Shared” folder can be successfully copied/duplicated and exported.
