Text on Signs/Hanging signs Not Visible Through Water With Vibrant Visuals Enabled

With Vibrant Visuals enabled, you can’t see the text on signs/hanging signs when looking through water. You can still see the text if you stand in the water, but not when outside of water and looking at a sign that’s behind it. For clarity, I’ve provided a screenshot of a sign behind water in both the Fancy graphic setting and Vibrant Visuals. If needed, I am using the “Favour Performance” settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a sign on a wall

2. Create a wall of water in front of the sign

3. Stand behind the water and look at the sign

Text should be visible on the sign
