If you try to import a .mcpack file while you have the game open, it won’t import.
You have to close out of Minecraft, click on the .mcpack file again, then it successfully imports it.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a .mcpack file with Minecraft still running.
It shouldn’t import successfully until Minecraft isn’t running when you click on the .mcpack file.
