The button to import a custom skin disappears when a skin pack with no skin files is imported.
Steps to Reproduce:
Download and import [mediaInline]
Open the Classic Skins menu in the Dressing Room
Observed Results:
The button to import custom skins is not visible.
Expected Results:
The button to import custom skins should be visible, or the same fix that was applied to MCPE-188580 should be applied here:
Attempting to import the skin pack should fail with an error message
Existing imported skin packs should be deleted upon opening and exiting the Classic Skins menu
