The bug
Java’s 1.21 update introduced data-driven enchantments. Part of this work involved creating new attributes which those enchantments modify, and those attributes are now displayed on relevant items' tooltips. None of these changes made it to Bedrock.
The following tooltips are missing:

Get a diamond pickaxe

Look at its tooltip
Expected results
Tooltip should say “+26 Mining Efficiency”
Observed results
Tooltip does not show this attribute modifier
