Basically whenever I try to buy coins or connect to realms I get a pop up message saying unable to connect to store and please check your internet connect. So I checked my internet and it was completely fine so I'm just a little bit confuse about the situation and if anyone has an answer it would be great if they could get back to me a soon as possible.
Sincerely,

I am also having this issue "Unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?" message comes up when trying to connect to store. I am connected wirelessly on ipad mini 2 & my internet connection is fine. But store will not load. Also having lots of lag trying to sign into xbox live account.
I have just uninstalled Minecraft PE v1.1.5 (Build:421466 Build date: 2017-07-25) & reinstalled due to this issue & have attempted to go into store to restore packs/purchases & keep getting the same above error. - Store will not load or open. I also had issues with community worlds/resources that I have purchased not showing in the store or game prior to uninstalling & reinstalling Minecraft.
I would like to be able to restore the packs/worlds I have purchased. I would like to be able to access the store.
Is there a solution for this?
Well I have the same problem ("Unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?"), but with a twist: I can spend the coins I have, but I can't buy any new coins.
Version 1.2.0 I bought my game from the Amazon store.
If you go to settings: profile, and sign out of your gamertag account, then go to the store does it load? If it does, can you sign in through the store?
I can confirm that the problem is still present. @Minecraft do you have logging options built-in so we can track down the issue? The error message is rather generic and does not tell anything about the error itself.
I tested the connection from two different devices without success. Any other website or online resource just loads fine.
Just tried on a third device the Nintendo Switch: Connection works.
So this issue seems to be related to the Windows C# App.
Is this still an issue in the latest versions for anyone? If so, have you tried changing from WiFi to mobile data, and vice versa? Make sure mobile data is enabled in the device settings, and also in Minecraft by going to Settings→Profile→Use Mobile Data.
I'm having the same issue on Xbox One. Every other game and store works perfectly fine. We have a UPnP router, which has no issues with anything else. However, we cannot access the store, change skins, texture packs. Always just see that same message "unable to connect to store and please check your internet connection" - We'd literally just downloaded the game. This's the only game, out of around 100, with a connectivity issue like this.
