major lag issue! needs fixing!

there is a major lag issue in the game where i look in the direction and/or look at a baby animal, the game lags heavily and basically makes the game unplayable, i have tested this issue and can confirm that it is the baby animals, however, its not only baby animals, sometimes if i spawn in a new world and look in a certain direction the game lags again, if i look in the opposite direction of where the lag is happening, the game runs as smooth as butter, this issue is SUPER annoying and is making me not want to play the game anymore, breeding is impossible because again, baby animals, walking or looking in a certain direction makes the game unplayable, i have turned my settings all the way down and it still lags the game heavily, please fix this issue as it is the most annoying issue i have come across in mc
