Bedrock Edition Uses Outdated Font Without Support for Many Extended Latin Characters

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition still uses an older font than Java Edition one that lacks support for many extended Latin characters (e.g., ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ś, ź, ż, plus other accented letters used across various languages).
Meanwhile, Minecraft: Java Edition has used an updated font with proper extended Latin support for many years. (Check: Java 1_13 Main Menu.png, Java 1_13 Create World.png, Java 1_13 Sign.png)

Steps to reproduce 1:
1. Launch any version of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on any device
2. Change language to Polish (Polski) in Settings
3. Go back to the main menu
4. You can already see that the top button, which has a different font, because it contains one of the not supported characters. (Check: Bedrock Main Menu.png)
Note: It is a problem even in Inventory and other menus (Check: Bedrock Inventory.png)

Steps to reproduce 2:
1. Launch any version of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition
2. Create or open a world
3. Create a sign
4. Enter any of the Polish characters (excluding ó)
5. You can see that whole text changes font (Compare: BedrockOK.png and Bedrock One Letter Edit.png)
6. After saving the sign, you can see that it actually changes yet again, making only the lines that include Polish characters change font (Compare: Bedrock One Letter Edit.png and Bedrock One Letter.png/Bedrock Whole Word.png)

Observed Results:
Many extended Latin characters (including Central/Eastern European languages) display incorrectly or not at all due to the outdated Bedrock font. Characters appear visually inconsistent with the updated typeface used in Java Edition.

Expected Results:
Bedrock Edition should use the updated font with full extended Latin support, matching Java Edition and correctly rendering all accented and language-specific characters across the UI.
