Hello support team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue on Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Android where no achievements or statistics are being recorded on my Microsoft/Xbox Live account.
My gamertag is:
Even though I am always logged in to my Microsoft account and can play normally, absolutely no achievement or statistic is updated, regardless of the world I play in.
The only data that appears on my profile is the total play time, which currently shows around 2 days, but everything else stays at zero, as if I had just created the account.
Here are the important details:
I own the official, paid version of Minecraft Bedrock (not a trial or modded version).
The issue is not related to a specific world. I have tested multiple new worlds.
I tested playing in Survival, Creative, with cheats enabled and disabled, and even in brand-new Survival worlds with no cheats, but no achievements or statistics update at all.
My account logs in normally; I have never had any login issues.
Gameplay works fine — the game does not crash — but my progress never syncs.
I created several new worlds just to test the achievement/stat tracking, and the result is always the same: everything stays at zero on my profile.
I have seen other Bedrock/Android players reporting similar behavior, so this may be a synchronization bug affecting the achievement/stat tracking system on mobile.
I would like to request assistance to:
Understand why my account is not registering any achievements or statistics in any world,
Check whether there is a synchronization issue with my profile,
Know if there is any fix available or an upcoming patch to address this.
