Steps to reproduce:

1. Place any type horizontal chain.

2. Place any type of lantern underneath the horizontal chain.

Expected result:
It won’t be possible to place a lantern underneath horizontal chains.

Observed result:

It is possible to place a lantern underneath horizontal chains.
