/setblock place command block on a command block won't reset its console configuration

Steps to reproduce

1. Input “/setblock ~~2~ command_block” on the chat box

2. Configure the command block above you

3. Input “/setblock ~~2~ command_block”

Observed result

The configuration of command block doesn’t change

Expected result

The configuration of command block should be reset to default
